Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us, but you have to notify our company within the first 3 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Also, this return policy applies to the following countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom only. For international purchases, we do not accept returns. 

How to Start Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at support@forwomenusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If you urge returning the product, please pay attention to the following aspects:

  • You need to return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
  • The product is in good condition and does not affect secondary sales.
  • You are responsible to pay the shipping cost to return the item.

If you’ve returned the product, please send the tracking number to our customer service. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit to our address. Make sure you keep proof of tracking number when you ship back your returns.

DO NOT RETURN any item to the Central Offices located in Sarasota, Items will be discarded and not applicable to be refunded.

Cases that For Women USA does not make refunds:

1. For Women USA will not offer a refund or resend if:

  • Incorrect/insufficient Address
  • Refused Package
  • Customs Clearance delays
  • Non-Existing Number
  • Unknown Recipient

    2. Expiration Date of Return

    If 30 days is overdue, the refund and return are not acceptable.

    Please note that:

    A dispute will be closed automatically if you have not answered for 3 consecutive days.

     3. Force Majeure

    For Women USA will deny the dispute of any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, and Customs inspection delays.


    Damages and issues 

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable & refund items 

    Certain types of items cannot be returned and refunded by us; please, the checklist of items below"

    • Custom products (such as personalized items)
    • Personal care goods (such as beauty products,/hair extensions, cosmetics).
    • Liquids
    • Swimsuits, underwear and bodysuits

    Important Note: Measurement differences, or products that don't fit as you expect, won't be considered for return/refund. Make sure you select the correct size, our products have a size chart to guide you.

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OF WINTER JACKETS. ENSURE YOU PICK THE CORRECT DIMENSIONS. BE AWARE YOU WILL WEAR OTHER LAYERS BEFORE THE JACKET.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale (clearance) items or gift cards.

    Important Note:

    We do not accept returns from customers who purchased the same product/color in different sizes.

    Exchanges 

    We do not offer exchanges at this moment. Please, make sure you select the right size that fits you.

    Order Cancellation

    We DO NOT cancel orders after they have been fulfilled and shipped, and they control the transportation company. You have to wait until the product is received and delivered to you and start the return process mentioned above.

    If a customer seeks to cancel their order within the initial three days of placing it and before the product has been shipped, a 12% fee of the total order amount will be incurred to cover the banking process.

    Refunds 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, that, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

    We reserve the right to define, refuse, limit and/or reject any returns from customers due to the following:

    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
    • An excessive return history of the customer involving altered, damaged, or missing items.
    • An irregular return history indicating "wardrobing"
