Yes a costumer may change shipping address by contacting us immediately after placing the order, either through email our customer support mailing address or through the contact form. If the order has already been shipped, it is impossible to change or cancel it.
Shipping destinations: We ship both locally and worldwide. Shipping times: Local orders take between 5-10 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days. International orders take 10-20 business days to be delivered via different carries that work for our company and we ship within same 2 business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Shipping cost: Orders will be free shipping for USA and CAN. Orders over $100 dollars will be free shipping for UK, Italia, Spain, Germany, France Australia, and other countries will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive confirmation email on your provided email Id. It contains your parcel tracking number and details of your parcel that will help you to track your parcel in case of delay or lost.
Tracking info will be updated after 24 hours once the order has been shipped. Sometimes it happens that a package has not received the proper origin and transit scans, so neither we nor you are able to track it. If you haven’t received your order on the given time, please contact us.
Check around your house or apartment whether anyone else received your order on your behalf. Ask your apartment office the same thing. Consult your neighborhood post office and courier office in case you are unable to locate your parcel. They will guide you according to your given information and direct that whether you should file claim or not. Once the parcel has been sent, we cannot not grant a refund if it is established that the parcel was delivered.

Payment is protected by international gateway company Stripe. Refund are guaranteed by Stripe after any dispute is open and agreed. SSL secure system is installed to avoid any issues with payments and Credit card information is not recorded on our store. Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
